Course of Construction

Site Preparation & Mobilization

Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing Installation

Quality Control & Inspections

Final Walkthrough & Inspections

Client Satisfaction & Project Handover
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take the time to teach you how to use new systems you may have, answer any questions about products and their functions, as well as provide final documentation including warranties and permits. And of course…Celebrate the completion of your project with you!
Punch List Completion
If any minor fixes or final details need attention, we create a punch list and promptly resolve them, ensuring every aspect of the project is perfect before completion.
Warranty & Maintenance Guidance
To give you peace of mind in your new space, we provide a detailed project warranty covering workmanship and materials contact information for any post-construction support. Along with this we provide extra ‘attic stock’ material for any potential future repairs.
